Work on inclusion with Coach Sacha

Coach Sacha, the e-coach of NewBees INC.

Coach Sacha is your virtual coach in the workplace. She offers continuous support and motivation to actively get started with inclusive leadership and action perspectives.

Coach Sacha reminds them of the goals they formulated together and for themselves. This could have been in a Deep Dive workshop, or in another session or workshop.

Regular check-ins and nudges

Coach Sacha regularly sends your team short messages (nudges) that take no more than 5 minutes of your time. The messages consist of practical tips, useful assignments, and information to keep participants motivated to promote social safety in the workplace.

E-learning via communication channels

Participants will be digitally coached by Coach Sacha during the program. They will receive messages via existing communication channels, such as WhatsApp, Teams or Slack.

This e-coach is part of the daily communication lines on the work floor and is therefore less disruptive to work processes.

Evaluation and intervision moments

Following the guidance of Coach Sacha, there are periodic intervision moments with facilitators of NewBees INC. to check in with the participants. During the intervision, colleagues discuss situations on the work floor and share practical tips for action perspectives with each other.

In this way, your team remains motivated to get started with inclusive leadership, and this e-coach can make adjustments to the program where necessary. Here, we use the inclusive leadership model from NewBees INC.

What is nudging?

In addition to our own knowledge and experience, Coach Sacha is based on proven scientific research into Diversity & Inclusion and behavioral change. We use nudging, a technique involving subtle pushes and small adjustments to help people make better decisions without restricting their freedom of choice.

By working with nudges (short messages), we ensure that our participants are more inclined to make inclusive choices that contribute to a more diverse and inclusive society.
