These results go beyond the number of people we reached and the number of events we attended. We measure our impact based on how people and companies are evolving in the field of diversity and inclusion and how NewBees INC. has contributed to this.
NewBees INC. makes the difference
The best way to measure our impact in the workplace is by surveying participants and customers. After every touchpoint, we have people complete a survey . We also conduct in-depth interviews with customers and other stakeholders.
In addition, we provide quantitative data, such as the total number of participants for a particular intervention, the number of sectors in which we were present, how many participants started to behave more inclusively after training with NewBees INC.
Your journey at NewBees INC.
During a Deep Dive session with NewBees INC., for example, participants experience what inclusion and exclusion are like in the workplace. As a result, participants gain more insight into the status of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
In the short term, the organization is starting a follow-up program with NewBees INC., and the participants will want to behave more like inclusive colleagues. Over time, they will actually start behaving more inclusively.
The impact is that diverse talent is deployed on the work floor and ultimately that employees are more satisfied and therefore the organization is more successful.
