The workshop for an inclusive working environment
NewBees INC. has developed the workshop Samen Inclusief for employers who want to work on the mutual connection and safety within their teams. Important themes such as 'How do we deal with each other?' and 'What is possible and what is not?' are discussed in an accessible and safe manner. This workshop is not only, but especially suitable for practically trained teams that mainly work in implementation.
The Together Inclusive workshop is suitable for any type of team, from office staff to practice employees, and ideal for people who enjoy practical and visual learning.
Inclusion starts with a conversation
During the workshop, we invite participants to discuss the atmosphere, expectations, and wishes in the workplace. We address themes that arise spontaneously, such as diversity, awareness, and inclusive leadership. Through interactive sessions and concrete examples, we provide you and your team with the tools to actively take inclusion into your own hands.

In the workshop Samen Inclusief, the team agreements are laid down in concrete pillars. Vebego has hung posters with these agreements on the walls of all their workplaces. This keeps everyone motivated and reminds them daily of the joint agreements for a more inclusive workplace.
