About
NewBees INC.

For a more inclusive world and workplace

NewBees INC. supports employers in building a safe and inclusive workplace. We do this by offering practical programs that take little time and have a lot of impact. The NewBees experts build on the experiences that have been gained within NewBees, and with other employers who have shaped their D&I strategy together with us.

Our mission and vision

At NewBees INC. we help employers and employees create a safe and inclusive work environment with practical and scientifically based programs. These programs are effective and time-saving and involve all levels of the organization. Our diverse team and our experienced facilitators are the foundation of our approach.

Our background

NewBees INC. is part of the NewBees family. NewBees is a social enterprise that has been committed to an inclusive Netherlands since 2016. NewBees does this by organizing inclusive civic integration for municipalities, guiding newcomers to work with local entrepreneurs and organizations, and advising and guiding companies on deploying new talent. With this knowledge and experience, NewBees launched the NewBees INC. service.

Equivalent

Everyone is of equal value, no matter where you come from, what you look like, what you believe, whether you have been educated or not.

Innovative

With digital tools and advanced technologies, such as virtual reality and digital nudges, we bring people closer to solutions for a more inclusive workplace.

Near

NewBees INC. joins forces with partner organizations and a diverse group of experts to provide direct and personalized help. We work together with our clients on diversity and inclusion.
