Valerie is energetic, positive and loves to connect. Her focus is to motivate employers and provide practical solutions to embed DEI in the organization.

Founder & Director

Annemiek founded NewBees because she believes that an inclusive society starts with collaboration. Social innovation and inclusion are her main drivers.

Hein Teurlings

Finance Director

Hein is our finance man, but he actually does much more. He knows better than anyone that the financial figures are merely the result of all the operational actions leading up to them, and he does not hesitate to improve and simplify those actions as well.

Nicole Römer

Partnership Manager

Nicole believes in a fair labor market where everyone can participate. As a Partnership Manager, she builds sustainable partnerships with organizations that are serious about diversity and inclusion. She translates ambitions into concrete actions and co-creates solutions that ensure lasting impact for both the organization and society.

Marleen Holtkamp

Interim General Manager

Marleen is an impact-driven manager who translates strategy into concrete results. She is convinced that everyone should be able to participate equally in society and, driven by her passion for a sustainable and inclusive society, builds inclusive workplaces with the NewBees INC. team.

Rajae Azaroual

Inclusion expert

Rajae is an Inclusion expert and lawyer with a focus on human rights, equal treatment legislation, women's rights, and gender equality. Driven by a strong sense of justice and shaped by her upbringing and personal experiences, she has been dedicated for years to a more inclusive society and workplace.

Boet Metselaar

Trainee

Boet is a fourth-year Applied Psychology student who enthusiastically started working at NewBees INC as an Operations and Project Management Intern. During his studies, he discovered that he derives a lot of energy from contributing to the development of people and organizations. At NewBees, he is eager to use this energy and passion to work towards a more inclusive workplace.

Julien Oomen

Trainer

Julien has many years of experience working with people from different backgrounds. He works as a trainer, program manager, Man's Circle facilitator, and also as a musician.

Yordi Lassooy Tekle

Trainer

Yordi is the co-founder of Cultuur in Harmonie. She works as a consultant, trainer, intercultural mediator and social broker. At NewBees INC. Yordi guides workshops such as the deep-dive sessions.

Joy Bindraban

Trainer

Joy is naturally curious about everything that is different. Through his interactive approach, he always manages to inspire others. At NewBees INC., Joy leads the Deep Dive sessions with great enthusiasm.
